Welcome to The Velvet Cellar

At The Velvet Cellar, our goal is to provide our guests with a welcoming environment and an exceptional dining experience by serving high quality food, wine, and artisanal cocktails.

We are located in the LoDo neighborhood, nestled a block from Union Station, and centrally positioned between Ball Arena, Empower Field, and Coors Field. Executive Chef Jon Simoneau has developed a menu that features a range of contemporary American dishes that can be enjoyed while socializing with your closest friends and family. We refresh our menu every couple of months, to reflect what’s market fresh, and to give guests something new to look forward to whenever they visit. Sommelier Chris Dominey leads the wine program and has carefully curated a selection of wines that is both approachable and would satisfy any connoisseur.
